1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the sale of training camps organized by Nova via the thenovaxp.com website.

By booking a training camp, the participant acknowledges that they have read and accepted these GTC in their entirety.

2. Description of Services

Nova offers combat sports training camps (MMA, wrestling, grappling, etc.) in various international destinations.

Each camp includes:

✔️ Daily training sessions supervised by qualified coaches

✔️ Accommodation for the duration of the stay

✔️ Meals included according to the program

✔️ Additional activities (e.g., excursions, local discoveries)

Specific details for each camp (program, inclusions, payment terms) are provided to interested parties via a detailed information sheet sent after registering on the website.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

The price of the stay is not publicly displayed on the website.

Interested parties can register via a contact form on thenovaxp.com. After registration, a detailed information sheet including the program and price will be sent to them.

Prices include :

✔️ Daily training sessions supervised by qualified coaches

✔️ Accommodation for the duration of the stay

✔️ Meals included according to the program

✔️ Additional activities (e.g., excursions, local discoveries)

The prices do not include :

❌ Airfare and transportation to the camp location

❌ Travel, accident, or medical insurance (see Article 5)

❌ Personal expenses on site

3.2 Payment

Once the offer has been accepted, payment must be made in one or more installments according to the conditions specified in the information sheet sent.

Registration is only confirmed after receipt of full payment.

4. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

4.1 Cancellation by the participant

All cancellations must be notified by email to contact@thenovaxp.com.

🔹 More than 60 days before the start of the camp → 50% refund

🔹 Less than 60 days before the start of the camp → No refund

No refund will be made if the participant decides to leave the camp before the end.

4.2 Cancellation by Nova

In the event of cancellation of the camp for exceptional reasons (force majeure, health restrictions, logistical problems):

✔️ The participant may choose between postponement to another camp or a full refund.

5. Liability & Insurance

5.1 Participant responsibility

Participants acknowledge that they are in good physical condition and fit to practice combat sports. They participate in training sessions of their own free will and under their own responsibility.

📌 Nova cannot be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or theft during the stay.

Before departure, each participant must sign a liability waiver, indicating that they fully assume the risks associated with practicing sports and camp activities.

5.2 Mandatory travel and medical insurance

📌 Each participant is required to take out travel insurance covering the following risks :

✔️ Accidents and injuries during training sessions

✔️ Medical expenses and hospitalization abroad

✔️ Trip cancellation and medical repatriation

Participants must provide proof of insurance before departure. In the absence of such insurance, Nova reserves the right to refuse access to the camp without refund.

6. Program Changes

Nova reserves the right to modify certain elements of the program if necessary (e.g., adaptation of training sessions, change of activity location for safety or logistical reasons).

In this case, no refunds will be given, provided that the changes do not adversely affect the overall camp experience.

7. Intellectual Property & Image Rights

7.1 Use of images & videos

During the camp, photos and videos may be taken for use on our social media accounts, website, and other communication materials.

📌 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, participants authorize Nova to use their image for promotional purposes.

📌 If a participant does not wish to appear in the media, they must inform us in writing before the start of the camp.

7.2 Website content

All content on the thenovaxp.com website (text, images, videos, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

8. Disputes and Applicable Law

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the country where Nova is domiciled.
