Your daily schedule will include two intensive training sessions, combining technique, sparring, and physical training.
In Makhachkala, you will train at the School of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, a place steeped in history founded by Khabib's father. It is much more than a club: it is an institution, a symbol, a must for any serious practitioner. Here, rigor is the norm, and every session exudes the culture of combat.
Freestyle wrestling training will take place at the Gamid Gamidov Sports Complex in Khasavyurt, a city where wrestling is second nature. But whether you are in Makhachkala, Khasavyurt, or in the mountains, you will be accompanied throughout your stay by world-renowned coaches from the highest circles of Dagestan combat sports.
Among them : Magomed Guseynov, a living wrestling legend, voted best coach in the world by FILA, and trainer of multiple Olympic champions. Alongside him are Arsen Shalaev, Russian champion and international master of sport; Aslan Gashimov, Dagestan's head coach in pankration, master of sport in sambo, pankration, and close combat; and Murad Asildarov, two-time world grappling champion and MMA fighter.
This trip is for demanding competitors and sincere enthusiasts alike. Accommodation and meals are included, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in this extraordinary experience, combining tradition, intensity, and pushing your limits.
