What exactly is a NOVA camp ?
A worldwide combat sports experience mixing high-level training, travel, and real cultural immersion. Our camps are open to anyone who wants to dive into an intense training journey.
Which disciplines do we train ?
It depends on the destination, but usually includes:
Wrestling
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Grappling
Striking
MMA foundations
Strength & conditioning
Mobility / recovery sessions
Cultural activities (mountain hikes, surf, etc.)
Is it safe?
Yes.
We work with trusted local coaches, official training rooms, and safe transportation.
You’re supervised by the NOVA team from start to finish.

How intense is the training ?
Expect serious work, not a military bootcamp.
You’ll push, sweat, and learn, but also enjoy the culture, rest, and have a good time.
Do I Need Insurance ?
Yes. We strongly recommend travel and health insurance for every participant.
It covers accidents, medical emergencies, and any unexpected events during your trip.
Can I come alone ?
Yes.
Most participants come solo.
